■About delivery
How long will it take to receive the item I ordered?
Your order will be delivered on the delivery date and time you specified when placing your order.The range that can be specified is 14 days from the day after the order date.
Orders with a delivery date of "No designation" will be delivered as soon as shipping preparations are completed.
He was not present at the time of delivery. Is it possible to redeliver?
You will receive a "delivery slip in your absence" in your mailbox, so please follow the instructions there to request re-delivery to Yamato Transport. Please note that the luggage storage period is approximately one week. Please note that if you miss this deadline, your package will be returned to our store.
If your product has been returned, please check the following.
・If you wish to cancel, please contact our store.
・If you wish to have the item re-delivered, please note that you will be required to pay the shipping fee for one round trip (which varies depending on the area of delivery).
Can I change the delivery address and delivery time?
[Before shipping]
Please contact us immediately using the contact form and let us know your new shipping address.
You can only change the delivery date and time from the time you receive the email until 9am the next day.
[After shipping]
If you wish to change the delivery address or delivery date/time after the product has been shipped, please contact Yamato Transport.
Will a statement of delivery be included?
I will enclose it.This is required in the unlikely event that the product is defective and you wish to return it.
Please fill in the item to be returned, the quantity to be returned, and the reason for return on the ``Return Notification Form'' on the slip enclosed with the item you purchased, and place it in your luggage together with the item to be returned.

■About cancellations, exchanges, and returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
We accept changes and cancellations only before the product is shipped.
If you wish to change or cancel the product after it has been shipped, we will accept returns or exchanges.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for out-of-print items or items that are not scheduled to be restocked.

We will accept returns only if you contact us within 10 days of receiving the product and agree to bear the following costs.
