Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
We accept various credit cards such as VISA, Master Card, JCB, American Express, and China Union Pay.
Will there be shipping charges?
We are running a free shipping campaign within Japan.
Please tell me about the return policy.
You can return unused items within 10 days of receiving the item. In that case, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding. In addition, we do not accept exchanges due to customer reasons such as incorrect images. You will be required to purchase a new item after the returned item has been processed.
Can I specify the date and delivery address?
You can specify a date for delivery if it is more than one week after your order date. Please enter the delivery address when ordering.
